Bogota, Colombia from Mt. Monserrate.  3,200 m above sea level but I've been in Peru for several weeks, I was unphased.  My Australian hiking mate was definitely phased, this is higher than any point in her country.

I made it to Machu Picchu.  Maybe a tad behind schedule.  So amazingly fun!!
